I came. I asked. I bought.   Very helpful + speedy.  Conveniently located in the FiDi where office workers zip to and fro' their busy bee lives.  I think RS should re-brand ~ wear pit crew shirts or somethin' (at least for this location) where they do a great job addressing electronic needs.
